ChampAmerica was founded in 2016 by Heather Lu-Lasky, an international student who became a Wall Street executive.
My own experience taught me that a good education does not guarantee a good job, or any job; there is a sizable gap between education and employment. Job skills need to be acquired through interaction with real people, on the job, or in a simulated environment. Effective workforce development requires the collaboration of all parties within this ecosystem, and ChampAmerica is at the forefront of this intersection.
