Heather, along with her friends Anatoli, and Sophia worked together for years at a global investment bank. They interviewed hundreds on “Super Days” and went on countless recruiting trips, where they discovered their shared passion for mentorship of students seeking careers. This inspired the start of ChampAmerica. What began as an informal mentoring network, aiming to help young professionals and students with an international background, has flourished due to the extensive connections of our founders.

Today, ChampAmerica has evolved into a comprehensive service provider and educational content creator. In addition to competitive career coaching, the company also helps employers select, train, and develop talent, helps schools and nonprofit organizations with special, innovative projects, and provides governmental consulting services on a range of issues including workforce development and cyber security. Our Philosophy

My own experience taught me that a good education does not guarantee a good job, or any job; there is a sizable gap between education and employment. Job skills need to be acquired through interaction with real people, on the job, or in a simulated environment. Effective workforce development requires the collaboration of all parties within this ecosystem, and ChampAmerica is at the forefront of this intersection.
